That tells me there is a wiring problem or circuit problem to or in the mounts. You also have some engine mount circuit codes. Choose the NTK brand as NTK makes the originals for Honda. I recommend buying the O2 sensors on RockAuto. The reason I recommend replacing the O2 sensors first is that if you end up needing to replace the converters you'll want all new O2's anyway. If they return then you'll need to replace the catalytic converters. It's possible that it may resolve the P0420/P0430 codes, at least for a while. The first thing I would do is replace all four O2 sensors. They mean your catalytic converters are not working as they are supposed to. Really? You can't find anything online about P0420 and P0430? Those are some of the most common codes out there.
